- any further involvement
- dealing with police
- a formal statement
- involvement in any investigation or court proceedings.
When you tell us, either by phone or online, we won’t ask who you are. We can’t trace or records calls or anything about your computer, and neither can anyone else. We don’t know your name or location. Even if you accidently give your details we won’t keep them or any other information that may identify you. Total peace of mind.
Rewards
If your information delivers results, you might be eligible for a reward – yes, even without us knowing who you are!
You may be eligible for a reward if your info leads to charges or an arrest. We don’t know who you are, but we give you a unique reference code when you contact Crime Stoppers. You can use this code to inquire about a reward. We can’t contact you, so it’s up to you to contact us about a reward. Rewards are decided by our Board of Directors and are paid from funds donated to Crime Stoppers Tasmania. And if you do get a reward, your identity remains unknown.
